Exchange Policy
For an article to be eligible for exchange, the request should be made within 48 hours, and all tags must be intact. The article must be unused and in it’s original condition and packaging.
For an exchange to be possible, there must be a valid reason, such as damage, being of the wrong size or otherwise incorrect product being delivered. Proof of reason must be provided. However, if the exchange takes place on a special request of the customer then the sending and receiving fees of the order, alongside the difference of the new article must be paid by the customer.
It usually takes between 10 to 15 days to complete an online exchange once it is verified.

Return Policy
To return an item , the request should be made within 24 hours of receiving the order. To qualify for a return the item should have all tags intact, be unused and proof of purchase such as a confirmation email must be provided.
If the reason behind the return of the order is the fault of ANYAAZ (i.e damaged item,wrong order sent or otherwise fault of the company).
Then the sending and receiving fees of the package will be covered by us. A base fee of rupees 500 will be deducted on refund for all orders.
